Our Story

Dr. Randhawa is a world renowned scientist and physician who is a first mover in the artificial intelligence space. He built the first established clinical therapy for food anaphylaxis utilizing artificial intelligence which treats over 10,000 patients from all around the world.

Randhawa Ranch was founded in 2019 when Dr. Randhawa decided to purchase the property to explore agricultural interests and as a private family retreat. He had a desire to further study plant biology in the space of agriculture and even more importantly given the cost and commodity of food, he wanted to find out how we can bring technology to the agriculture space as quickly as possible.

The first step in successfully establishing technology with agriculture required bringing high speed internet to the ranch. Randhawa Ranch is one of the few properties in De Luz with multiple forms of high speed internet allowing for next generation connectivity toward soil biology, irrigation, and best watering methods. The agriculture team onsite is continuing to develop the best methods to conserve water while still producing high quality and high yield harvest of both Hass avocados and varietal wide grapes. Dr. Randhawa continues to investigate and develop newer methods of agriculture practices, investing in data science, and technology for these crops and more.

In addition to agriculture, Randhawa Ranch is located 15 minutes from the 15 freeway, tucked away in the hills of De Luz Heights. Away from traffic noises and city life, Randhawa Ranch is home to 4,000 avocado trees and 4 vineyards.

We consider the Ranch primarily an agricultural venue. All proceeds from Randhawa Ranch are donated to Dr. Randhawa’s nonprofit organization, TPIRC.
